No-host get-together at the Officers Club on Naval Station Newport to welcome new students, faculty, staff, and family members who have been stationed in Japan, are heading to Japan, or have significant connection with Japan.

About the event
We have begun a new academic year and that means we want to hold our next Japan America Navy Friendship Association-Newport (JANAFA-Newport) informal get-together at the Officer's Club to welcome new arrivals to the area who have ties to Japan as well as share stories from the wonderful summer everyone hopefully had.
If you need base access, please contact Adam Pace (info@jasne-janafa.org) soonest since the deadline for non-US citizens without base access to submit the paperwork is by COB 24 Aug. US citizens without base access can submit by COB 31 Aug.
